Garrett turned 6 months old, according to his adjusted age, on Nov 3. There are many new things that we are doing:*we are very close to sitting by himself
*we are rolling around and scooting on our back (so no more leaving him on the couch to run into the kitchen)
*we are eating cereal twice a day and doing well with that
*we started eating our first baby food veggies...sweet potatoes!
He looks so serious to begin something new!!!
First bite...not so bad. Could tell it was a new texture and a new taste. This actually had some flavor!!
This is about bite 4. The speech therapist, who helps with Garrett's eating, was taking the pictures. We laughed because the sweet potatoes look much brighter on film than in person!
Bite 6...still trying to get this new stuff figured out. Hard to tell if he actually likes it or not!!
Bite 9...I'M DONE!! Garrett did really well! None of the stuff on his face actually came from him spitting it out. We will try again...
