Well...I am getting excited as it comes closer to the appointment where we will find out if we are having a boy or a girl (December 2nd is the date). "Little One" is a cute nick-name, but I am ready to call him Garrett or her Shelby. However, we would also like to hear from our friends and family as to what they think we might be having. In case you don't know our families that well...here is a little comparison as to boys vs. girls:
Sisters: 3 Brothers: 1
Girl cousins: 7 Boy Cousins: 3
Nieces: 1 Nephews: 1
Cousins kids - girls: 6 boys: 2
So, according to family history, girls are pretty dominate. BUT, who knows??? My prayer is that little one will cooperate and let us know whether we are going to welcome Garrett or Shelby into this world.
Right now, we have gotten good news from all of the doctors. They have been impressed with my numbers (blood glucose and blood pressure) and I hoping they continue to be impressed. I am finally beginning to show. My co-workers call it a "baby, baby bump". As small as it may be...I'm glad it is there!

I'm trying to remember... Isn't Garrett a family name? Like your maiden name? Be sure and let me know when you find out the sex. So excited for you guys!
Yes...Garrett is my maiden name.
