9 months old!!!

Wow...it is hard to believe that our little guy is now 9 months old! He is getting so big and is a lot of fun to be around. He does have his fussy moments, and they can be quite dramatic, but most of the time he is a happy boy!
We are weighing in at 14 lbs 5 oz and are 24 inches long (double in length since birth). We are close to sitting up without help and are rolling all over the place. His head is rounding out, but we are still wearing the helmet 23 out of 24 hours in the day (though none of the pics have it on).
We are getting better at eating cereal and using a spoon, but it still seems like he is not a huge fan of the taste! We will try eating some baby food in the next couple of weeks...starting with the veggies! : )

We are still waiting for the results of Garrett's sleep study...and we are all very glad it is over!! Since Garrett has worn a probe for his heart monitor since his days in the NICU, he has become quite skilled in pulling it off with his toes!!! The probe at the sleep study didn't completely go around his foot, it just fit on the top of his big toe. He had no problem ripping that one off and would do so about every 45 minutes (which set off alarms and made the sleep tech come in to put it back ok).

Heath and I are hoping that the sleep study results have a positive outcome. We are excited at the opportunity to move Garrett into his own room and know it will have to come soon because he is close to outgrowing his bassinet!!

God has blessed us and we thank him daily for our little boy!
