Pre-Christmas doctor appointments

Since we had a couple of days off before Christmas day, I scheduled quite a few doctor's appointments. Much easier than trying to fly to the doctor afterschool! Everything at the doctor's office went well. Garrett is growing and is a good size for the May 3rd due date. I never get tired of the opportunity to watch him on the ultrasound screen!!

I am beginning to feel him move around, but it is nothing that anyone else is able to see or feel. I am looking forward to the chance for Heath to feel Garrett kick. That will be an amazing moment!

I was able to make it a month and a half without getting Iron shots, but will begin those again at the first of January. My blood pressure is stable and has been reading well...so that is a major praise! As annoying as it gets, it also feels nice to have so many qualified people watching out for me and helping me to bring this baby safely into the world! Thanks to all of you who have been so faithful in praying for my safety and for Garrett! I cannot express my gratitude enough!!

The top picture is kind-of hard to make out...but it means a lot to me. My family has this strange way of napping/sleeping. We lay with one hand folded over our head. When you see one of us lay down or get comfortable in that position...you know it is going to be a great nap!! That picture is special to me because they caught Garrett chilling out with one hand folded over his head. Puts a smile on my face to see he is already showing interesting family characteristics!!
